There is a very flexible entry/departure policy in Jeju for conveniences of tourists.
If you are a citizen of one of the countries under visa exemption agreements (Table 1) or in accordance with principles of reciprocity or national interest (Table 2), you can enter Jeju directly or via Seoul (Incheon, Gimpo) with valid passport without visa.
If you are not a citizen of the countries listed in Table 1 or 2, you should have valid passport and visa to enter Korea except Jeju. Thus, if you enter Jeju directly without connecting at Seoul (Incheon, Gimpo) or other Korean cities, and you are not a citizen of Afghanistan, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Macedonia, Palestine, Sudan, and Syria, then you will be allowed to stay Jeju at least 30 days only with a valid passport without visa.
